Good selection of pet food and toys

Good. Associate Helped out to the car with a heavy furniture item. That was very nice.

Really saddened that a store can sell poison dart frogs and then not sell the food they need. Every time I go to get flies, they are dead or have none in stock. Tried buying them online through other retailers but they can't guarantee delivery in Arizona right now. I even went as far as to spend the money and they arrived dead. Been feeding the poor guys ants, because that's all I can catch in my yard to feed them.

I went to the vaccine clinic and the staff looked very unprofessional (including the vet). They were all extremely rude and telling the customers they were impatient. I have never seen people act like this. I called to make sure I had everything I needed and when I got there it was a different story. Very unorganized. Makes a bad reputation for petco. The prices for vaccinations are higher than that of a vets office and they mostly have no clue what is going on. I didn't visit any other areas of petco.
