I've been a long time customer at this store for several years and have purchased MANY items form there. The floor staff has always been great and friendly. The problem that have I is the rudeness of the new manager. Never speaks when people walk in, always seems distant and cold as if she'd rather be some place else. Who hired her?!!! All of the other managers were great and mad e it a pleasurable experience to shop at their store. This person seems to care less. I've been there several times since she took over and she has NEVER spoke, And I'm a repeat customer! Until she's gone, Im finding another store to shop at. Please have HR relocate this person before she completely destroys the moral of the staff. Oh, by the way, I own my own company and know about staffing/management. Thanks!
