Worst service ever. Spent 20 minutes in drive thru. Tried to purchase gift cards. We ordered in the drive thru but when we got to the window 20 minutes later we were told they were sold out. They wrote the managers name on our receipt and said we could use that as proof of purchase or they would mail the gift cards to us. Ridiculous. The sticker on the drive-thru window indicated it was an individual franchise owned steak and shake. The service varies so widely at these steak and shakes. One things for sure we won't return to this one.
