Fries were hot, but burger cold

They were busy but the staff was quick and friendly.

Steak and Shake has good shakes - they have that going for them

Service was a little slow and food ended up being cold as it was ready before the shakes. Good value though

the waitress made too many excuses as to why the service was not great. the orders were not correct and her apologies were too much to handle.

Good food, good prices. What more do you need?

all ketchup containers on tables were empty. didn't get milkshake until half way through with food and it was wrong

I used the drive-thru and it was anything but fast. I ordered 4 milkshakes. They all tasted very nasty like they had not been stirred near enough. That's half of my orders money down the drain. Overall very disappointed. When using the drive-thru the people forgot an order of fries, napkins, And straws for my drinks. Very dissatisfied.
