Food was great but it took 20 minutes to get our food. I only ordered two ham and Swiss sandwiches.

The 1/3 lb burger in the picture had dressings, but there was nothing other than a burger and cheese on it :(

It was ok. A little too expensive though. 2 biscuits and gravy with a drink shouldn't be nearly $6.

My son wanted an orange cream milkshake he had a some Hardee's before. That they didn't sell them anymore -- than was fine--understandable. I gave a bad review because no one spoke to us , much less asked what they could get for us until we had turned around and headed toward the door. We had stood there, by and looking at the freezer where they advertised hand dipped ice cream, I made eye contact and actually opened my mouth to try to speak a few times . The 4 workers were too busy visiting to listen to or acknowledge my presence.

On a Friday evening around 5 pm there was only one at ahead of me I ordered one sandwich. After waiting 8 minutes for the other car to pull up I was told that they only do one order at a time. Of ALL the fast food I have experienced NO other makes a car with a fast order wait for the car in fronts huge order. Can't they work on two orders together and let the second car go ahead by pulling the first car forward? I got out of my car to check on what was going in and I was told they hadn't even started my burger. RIDICULOUS!
