The slowest drive through at breakfast

Guess they lost my order. Took 20 minutes to get food. I asked twice about order and finally got it. Fries where cold. No apologies from staff for "misplacing" my order or my 20 minute wait. I understand things happen but I had to ask twice just to get order.
