the lady taking the order was very rude, there were about 4 cars in the drive thru and it took long to get my food. I asked for BBQ sauce on my burger but when eating it i could barely taste it. they put very little sauce on it.

This was a bad experience all the way around ..... It took forever to get my food that I did order.... And they did not even have the menu item that I stopped there to get...

This experience was absolutely terrible! I ordered in the drive thru and after paying, the girl asked if I could pull around to the front. I didn't mind however after eight, yes eight and a half minutes of waiting, I went inside to see what was taking so long. All I had ordered was a spicy chicken sandwich, two burgers, and a small French fry. After I went inside, the same girl working drive thru saw me and at first ignored me. So I asked her if my order was ready. She huffed and told me to hold on. Apparently, the cooks had not even began making my order yet. There were no other people in line inside and there was no one previously in line in the drive thru. I finally received my order after waiting almost 12 minutes! This is ridiculous. I was asked to wait in front of the building in my car so they could clear the order to save on their monitored wait time in the drive thru and in the process my order was never started. This is not the first time I've experienced this situation and the staff at this Houston, TX Hwy 6 location always has people with attitudes. Needless to say, I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere and NOT recommending this Carl's Jr.!
