we order the Big Bag and we waited 20 minutes. It caused us to be very upset.

Three trips to this Hardee's in the last six weeks, using the drive thru, and every time the order has been wrong. The sandwiches were not prepared to order, the size of the fries was wrong (smaller than ordered), and twice, the fry container was only half full.
