Servers were very friendly but we waited at drive thru at least 5 minutes without anyone coming to window and letting us know how it was

So slow and incompetent. I sat at the window for 15 minutes (timed, not estimated). The same guy kept trying to hand me a bag of food and the same girl kept yelling at him that I was waiting for something else. She told me at one point that they keep confusing orders. Get it together!
