The employee that took my order at the drive thru was very unprofessional and couldn't provide me with an itemized receipt when I asked for one

It was most definitely alright.... Just kind of mediocre.....

Burger was not tasty and a double order of onion rings only got me 5-6 rings.

I was so upset after this trip to cookout! We were sitting in the drive thru waiting to pull up to give our order and 2 guys working at cookout was getting the trash together. When one of them went behind my car he hit my car with the trashcan. It wasn't a little bump either. My whole car moved. He just kept walking. When we said something he literally shrugged and walked into where the trash is.

Food not good and employees not friendly

Went through the drive thru, they got my order wrong. At first they just tried to give me 2 milkshakes when I only ordered 1, so she looked at the second one and asked for the first one back (which I had already placed in my cup holder in my car). Then I pull off and realize it's not my order so I had to park and go inside. She saw me come inside and knew she had messed up and sent someone else over with my food and took the food I had from the car back (I don't know if they gave that order to someone else or disposed of it like they should've done). I then asked if the milkshake I had was the right one so he just opened the lid and shut it again and said yes. No apology for the wrong order, nothing. I know that I didn't touch the food from the wrong order they gave me but that was not sanitary at all to ask for the food back after it had left their sight so they could give it to the next person (which I know they did with the milkshake). I have never had a negative experience at a Cookout (except for the occasional teen acting like a teenager), but I know that if my child gets sick from the milkshake (had she tried to give it to someone else before me as she did with the other one) I will contacting corporate and there will be repercussions.

Good food but the drive thru took forever and the guy at the window was a jerk
