Great food, good prices, slow service, and inconvenient location. Need another cook out closer to the west side of town

We go often and it is my boys' favorite. It is consistently good and has a good variety on the menu. Their tea is not good right now because our water has a very bad taste and evidently Cookout does not have a filter on their water.

There was a really long line but it went quickly and it did not take long to make it to the window. Staff was really friendly and it did not take too long to get our food. Our order was accurate and it was very tasty.
