Fast and courteous service!

I usually stop every morning for breakfast and go thru the drive thru and have always had a good experience. I was having a meeting this morning for my employees and thought I would stop and get them break fast. I ordered 5 breakfast platters and a 1/2 & 1/2 ice tea. I get to the window and asked if I could add a cinnamon and radon biscuit. They told me that I could not. They could do add on at the window. Come on I'm in retail and money is money. Don't know if I will be back.

Wasn't happy with the fact that I ordered a large frie and ask for ketchup and they only gave me one pack. Which I didn't notice until I got into my office which I had no ketchup there plus the lady was rude

Cashier's do not smile and are not friendly.

Hate folded eggs on my breakfast platter. Why can't eggs be scrambled?

Speed of service was horrible! The ladies behind the counter were borderline rude. Even tho there was no one behind me in line they still asked me to pull up and I sat there for 15 minutes before my COLD food came out.

Ordered sausage grill cheese sandwich. Bread was tough & chewy; had been microwaved. Surely, this is not correct procedure. Sourdough bread is great when it is freshly toasted.
