The food was ok- not my taste but the kids enjoyed it-- the grilled chicken was not very good

Took about 20 minutes from when I got in line- I was asked to pull forward and wait while fresh food was made- I made the comment that I was a bit upset that I was in line for over 15 minutes already and they haven't started cooking it yet. The lady (some sort of manager) actually had the nerve to correct me and say it was only 10 minutes... I called my husband 15 minutes prior while we were in line and had actually just checked it before they started the convo. Not to mention 20% coupons weren't accepted- they gave me 10% off but still took the coupon.... And only a weak apology given when it did take 20 minutes from pull up to delivery of the food--- I already hate their food and if it wasn't for someone asking me to go there I wouldn't have bothered. Rude staff- gross food... Definitely dissatisfied
