One of the differences between In-n-out, 5Guys, habit etc... Is the quality of the employ that is hired. I never had an order taken at the in-n-out drive thru being wrong when I drive away. The drive thru at Carls Jr. has an error 10 percent of the time due to either not listening well or the equipment always sounding weird. Maybe use the same equipment In-n-out uses to see if this helps. Seems simple enough??
