Sat in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes and the staff was not friendly at all

The person that took our order did not listen and made several mistakes on it. It took a while to get it corrected.

Need friendly staff Cook food and serve the correct order

Not very crowded, but took a while to get food and milkshakes. Ordered hush puppies, (3 orders), which were all burnt. Also onion rings tasted awful. Milkshakes were good.
