Took too long to get food. Cashier took my card and it took about 5 minutes to get it along with my food

Slow , guy working was rude , did not smile nor was friendly , waited about 10 min for 2 spicy chickens , they had no condiments available ? What kind of restaurant is this

My buns where harder than a rock , my food was cold like it had been sitting for a while and I was the lucky one who ordered it ! Very bad experience
