this so far has been the worst experience I've had at a fast food place. employees have zero customer skills and place wasn't clean completely either.

The staff was super rude and not friendly at all, at the drive up window they barely even said a word. The food made my roommate and I sick after eating it. We are new to Chicago and have always heard about White Castle and wanted to give it a try but after this experience, I do not think we would ever return.
