Never a bad experience at White Castle. We had a patron in front of our vehicle that was taking a long time to receive their order. So a staff member came out of the restaurant to complete our transaction at the window of our vehicle so we didn't have to wait. Excellent customer service!

We have a McDonalds less than 5 min from our house, but if we want fast food we always drive the extra 15 minutes to White Castle. We value their quality and the staff at this location are alway very friendly and polite.
