Waited in the drive they way too long. Part of my order was left out. Discovered this after arriving home.

I've been going to this white castle for 16 years. Food is always consistent, staff is always friendly. And service is always speedy. Today I waited in the drive through for 10 mins. I was the only car. The only thing fried I ordered was fries. It shouldn't take that long.

There was something grodie in my chicken rings! I had to spit it out, but was to scared and grossed out to see what it was! Not to mention I had to wait forever before getting my order. Not a good experience!
