Where do I start? Asked to have onion rings in my combo, she repeated back yes that it was fine to make it onion rings instead if fries. Well, guess what...my receipt said fries and I got fries?! While at window observed the milkshake process, in my opinion I shouldn't see the preparation of adding ice cream, a ton of syrup and then milk to mix it. Just my opinion I guess. I at the speaker they asked if we wanted whip cream, I said yes. Well, she tried to hand it to me without whip cream! Seriously?! Why even bother asking the questions then! Lol. That isn't even really the "bad" part. I can deal with accidents on food, those can be fixed but the woman working the window was sweating (profusely) and her back if her neck, hair and shirt were wet!! Her shirt actually had the "salt" rings in the shirt from under her armpits! I was in SHOCK!! Then she was walking to get the milkshake ice cream and picked something up off the bottom of her shoe that was stuck and proceeded to throw it away and the NOT wash her hands and went right back to making the milkshake!! Ewwwwe!! Seriously, this was the worst display of customer service I've ever seen at any drive-thru.
