Rewards coupon semi-failed. Manager saw that I redeemed reward but didn't want to give me the reward cuz she didn't know the code # for it. After long hassle she finally did.

The taste and quality of the burgers has been going down to the point that this was just the worst burger I have ever had. Will not be returning.
