food was good took a little longer to get seated

Waiting to be seated was ridiculous when there were empty booths and tables. I understand they didn't have enough servers but people were standing everywhere. Crowded!! Also prices were high

Food was gross

we walked in, but ended up not staying due to thebfact they were closing withing 20 minutes. work in service industry and know how it is for people to order food that close to closing and opted to not do that to the staff.

Horrible speed of service no help at all

I will not go back to johnny Rockets because of the price. it was way too overpriced for me and my friends.

It was raining and they wouldn't let us wait inside and the time to get in was over an hour. Ended up not eating there. Staff working at the doors were not too pleasant either.

Service was slow. Took forever to get seated and to get food

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. This Johnny Rockets is located in kennywood park, we wanted somewhere to sit down and eat with our family. We choose Johnny Rockets because we could see all of the empty booths and tables, we were told It was going to be a forty five minute to an hour wait. Hostess was rude. Employees were standing around, very disappointing.
