Took longer than usual to get order

They didn't get are order correct! I wanted sweet potatoe fries.

I went to the Hamilton Rd White Castle around 10:20 AM on 10/18/15. I pulled up to DT speaker. I was told they would be right with me. I waited 3 minutes and no one came back on speaker. I pulled away. Very very disappointed.
