White Castle

Lots of new trainees and super slow service. Not sure about management. Staff was friendly and apologetic. There was probably 6 small groups of people waiting patiently for their orders. We probably waited 20 minutes. It is always good but the crew was so confused and back logged . What was interesting too at White Castle was the great attitude of all the waiting customers . Nobody seemed to be bothered with the waiting times for their orders . Average waiting time was probably 15 minutes. People wanted what White Castle has. Everybody just had great attitudes about the service. Everybody just chilling at White Castle on a Friday night in. Canton , Michigan .

White Castle/Churches Chicken are often combined restaurants in my area. Previous to yesterday's visit they would always redeem my coupon for the free side dish . Yesterday they didn't have the time of day for my coupon that is on my phone. I don't know who to be disappointed with, either Mini Survey or White Castle.
