White Castle

I was visiting Louisville for a conference and it was late and this location was open 24/7. The food was soggy like it was dipped in grease and left out to sit. I ordered 6 sliders and I was so hungry I chocked down 2 but I got sick. I am done with white castle. The service was even worse, like they didn't even want me there.

Good food but slow service

Cheese sticks were cold and hard. Horrible.

The lady in the window was not friendly at all and my food wasn't very fresh.

Waited in the drive thru for 22 min behind 8 cars

I went there for several of the Belgian waffle breakfast items they were out of strawberries so I could not get that item and the chicken and waffle sandwich had no gravy on it which was one of the larger draws for that sandwich

They were out of the waffles. I drove 20 miles to get them.

The tea was weak, & I specifically ordered "no pickle", & guess what I got-pickle! Also, very poor layout for drive-thru (signs were confusing); could not get out onto the roadway for three red lights!
