white castle is an alright place to go.. the hamburgers if they are freshly made my mom can eat them without getting choked because of how they are cooked

Lower the prices on those tiny burgers

Staff was unfriendly and took forever to get food and was on my husbands lunch break

The food tasted really bad. I was very dissatisfied. Won't be visiting again for awhile if ever. It took forever to get our food as well.

I waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru line to get my food and drinks. I don't believe it should take any restaurant that long in the drive thru lane.
