Great customer service

Very rude & very slow to wait on customers. She wouldn't get off personal phone call to help customers waiting in line.

The store has gone rapidly down hill in the past year. It is dirty, the staff now is terrible and trashy, and beyond rude. The store manager thinks it's appropriate to bark at the customers like a drill Sargent and allow customers to sit and play video games on the game system test tv. Cashland now is just as bad as any other pawn store.
