I found what I needed easily and received help/advice from an associate. Check out was very slow, as the cashier was having difficulty with a transaction discount. He was very apologetic and eventually another cashier handled the transaction at another register.

Annoying cashier. Very dirty at the store. Animals are cute

Nice, clean store. Didn't like that the grooming area for dogs right by the adoption station with cars: we couldn't come closer to look at kittens because the owner of one of the dogs couldn't took her dog away from us saying that her 100 lb dog is very kind and won't harm anyone (however it covered my expensive shoes with its leaking saliva and I still can't clean it properly). My child was scared of the fog and even a few members of the store didn't do anything.

Easy to find products, store well organized

Staff was difficult to locate through out the store, no assistance

The personnel was disgusting letting bugs fly everywhere and laugh how they jump on customers
