Steak 'n Shake

New Garlic fries are great but they are always soggy! Also, don't charge extra for cheese on the sliders and maybe a combo option?

The burgers were a little Greasy and the fries are too small

Food was ok. I got the sliders combo with a Cajun burger, frisco burger, and chipotle burger. The Cajun burger was excellent, the other two were just okay. Definitely a great value though.

Slow service

Usually steak and shake is great and my burger was good but we ordered salt n vinegar fries and got the worst so salty fried ever!!

Drive thru was ridiculously slow. 30 minutes just to get our purchase.

Good food but the customer service was awful. I went to he register to pay for my meal and the cashier rolled her eyes at me and did not say one word to me.

Stood at the host stand for over 5 minutes while multiple servers walked by and didn't acknowledge us. Finally got waved to a seat from across the restaurant

Understaff and packed. Waited over ten minutes to have order taken. Staff was ok but informed me I had to come in because I had 3 separate orders.

Slow. We were there 2 1/2 hours
