My experience was just okay...I work the drive thru a lot at my job and if I greet the customers sounding like I hate my job and I don't want to be there then they usually don't want to return to my restaurant...so just when you greet the drive thru guests do it with more enthusiasm..(even if you do hate your job...I shouldn't be able to tell that you do through the drive thru speaker..)...it keeps their experience more positive and keeps the customers coming back!
