I went through the drive-through. The person in the drive-through was very slow I got there at about 1025 with two cars ahead of me did not get to the front until 1035 and she was doing the cars one by one for example one car would order go to the window and wants that car pulls off the the next car could order it was like they were short staffed or she cannot multitask. This Hardee's is very slow and maybe needs more staff members or people who know how to multitask.

Ordered jelly biscuits but did not get any jelly, also did not receive my drink.

They were shot staffed for breakfast. I had to wait about 20 min for a gravy biscuit. The drive thru was full but moving the inside was packed but not moving. They really needed help that day.

The drive thru was wrapped around the building at 9:45am so we went inside and they only have 1 register open. There was about 15 people in line.
