White Castle

Woman at the window was so rude! I asked for a bottle of water and a cup of ice water. When we got to the window she gave me a cup that looked like an ice cream cup filled with water. When I looked at it she asked if something was wrong and I said I ordered a bottle of water and she was said: "no you asked for a cup but ok. I can get you a bottle." Really rude. I was in shock. Left without my bottle of water.

I ordered and wanted to add cheese to my fries. I had not paid yet and the order had just been placed yet the associate would not allow me to add cheese. The food had not even been made yet. She didn't want the trouble of adding it.

Rude, rude, rude. The next time I even THINK about going to White Castle, I will definitely opt for Krystal. Better food, better prices, and much friendlier people. Done with White Castle.
