Steak 'n Shake

The hamburger patties are small and the serving of Cole slaw was less than desirable!

After waiting for 15 minutes and not even being spoken to by an employee, we left. It was so crowded and busy and there were dirty tables everywhere, but the employees just couldn't get to them I guess. We left and went to Red Robin.

service was a bit lacking and not only got order wrong once but, remake was wrong as well. they have been better in the past. I suspect it is a management issue.

the place was so packed that when we went inside there were masses of people blocking the door way. there wasn't any staff directing people to check in. there was no distinct line. we stood there for a few minutes and then left.

The hostess was stressed about seating people. She had several open tables but was freaking out because of the number of people. A manager should have stepped in to help get people seated. If he was busy he should have had another staff member help get people to their tables. Several servers were just standing around chatting. You're a team your staff needs to learn to help each other to provide the best service. I use to be a server and we always helped each other out!

The food was cold and not made the way I asked and the fries tasted old.

Worst experience at a restaurant I've ever had. And I'm 40 years old!!!! Will never set foot in there again and will definitely tell others.
