Mile-long line, yet nobody outside taking Drive-thru orders.

The employee taking our order was rude and the speed of service was extremely slow. The line just to order food was literally going out the door. one customer order enough meals to fill a storage container, which in my opinion should have not been allowed because it made the restaurant extremely slow. both the drive thru and in restaurant was terrible. Very bad service.
