Great foot just a very long wait in drive thru

Usually my experience at any in-n-out is great. The staff is always friendly, that never fails. My only concern was the quality of the food, it was not its usual great product. First of all, I waited in drive thru for about 20 minutes, I expect good food. I specifically ordered no onions, but onions were still put in my cheeseburger, and that was fine because I was able to take it out but then I tasted my fries and they were over cooked. It was to the point that there was no potato inside of it. It disappointed me because I really wanted to enjoy my meal. I know maybe it was the last fry batch before they wanted to make a new one but they shouldn't have given any customer overcooked fries. I know in-n-out is always quality, and i never complain about this place, but today was just not one of those days.
