Took a while to get food and some was cold.

Clean bathrooms and clean dining area. Friendly and fast service as well

Burrito needed more gravy as always. It seems to be on one end the way it's made at this location always. Staff is somewhat friendly but not outgoing really. This location is near my work or I would go to another I know of that is consistently better.

Not the best taste. Parts were cold and parts were warm

Loyalty program keeps getting worse and worse. I redeemed what I thought was a free burger and ended up having to buy two. Also the worker got my burgers wrong because he fought me that there were more than one type of pickle served. He is new and service has been bad since he started.
