arlThe service was slow and they were not busy at all. My order came to me with one burger made wrong. The manager did however provide my daughter and I with free dessert for the inconvenience. This is the second time in the past month I have visited Carls Jr. and it might be the last time. They are very unorganized and seem to have a high turnover of employees which is not good for their customers.
