Steak 'n Shake

The waitress was very friendly and the food was relatively hot and served quickly. The cashier seemed overwhelmed and not friendly.

I went in because I was excited to find out you have your white chocolate shakes back for the season!! I was bummed however when I got my shake because it was not blended up at all. There was a large chunk of ice cream in the middle and I couldn't even drink it through a straw :(

The hostess was very nice. Our server seemed to be a little put off(???). The food was good, except that the lettuce in my salad was starting to brown.

Wanted a steak burger. It was just ok. Not as good as normal.

The guy working the drive thru was very nice and cheerful. The issue was the wait in the drive thru though. There were only 3 cars including me and it took almost 10 minutes to get my junior sized shake. Then when I opened my shake, it was missing it's red and green sprinkles :( I would not normally complain but this was for my kiddo who I always share a white chocolate Christmas shake with. Her favorite part is the sprinkles. Maybe try paying a little bit more attention next time, especially when I am paying $3.18 for a junior sized shake.
