I was sorry to discover that you don't fill prescriptions for pets

I stopped at Petco because it was on my way home. I usually go to petsmart. I don't think I will ever shop here again. They have no selection whatsoever. I will definitely stick with pet smart!

I really do not like Petco's price match policy, or lack of. I searched online for the prices and Petco showed an item for $22.79. In-store it rang up $40. I showed the cashier their website with the price, and she told me she can't price match from my phone. I left the store without anything and went to Petsmart. Petsmart didn't carry the item. I went back to Petco after finding a Mobile coupon for 20% off from the Petco website when you sign up for newsletters. I checked out I showed the cashier my phone and the mobile coupon that's clearly stated in-store use, and she told me again that she cannot take a coupon off my phone. I asked for a manager who came over and looked at my phone, looked at my email and then gave me the 20% off coupon as indicated by the email sent to me from Petco. Frustrating and waste of time.
