wait staff did not seem well trained. food was fast. restaurant could use some maintenance.

Food was good. Waitress was friendly. Service was a little slow, but they were really busy.

friendly associates, however it took longer to get our kids meals

Chili Mac was a little cold

Steak 'n Shake is always good food they were a little slow this night when we went inside to order so we ended up going through the drive thru. Otherwise good service and a very friendly cashier
