Steak 'n Shake

Order was wrong... Like always. My chili 5 way wasn't even a full serving.

Waited 10 minutes just to have our drink and food order taken and restaurant was very slow at the time. Servers were too busy chatting with each other rather than maintaining customers.

We waited over 5 minutes to be sat, there were many open tables and many employees just standing around. Finally they say is and the waitress came to take our order. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. I could see half of our order sitting under the heat lamps waiting for the remainder of the order, so of course when we received our food half of it was cold. When we told the cashier as we left she said" I'm sorry hopefully it won't happen again " that's it. I won't return to this steak and shake.

East Peoria Steak 'n Shake has an incompetent manager. She doesn't understand how the app works. She wanted to charge us twice. She was very rude. We will not be returning to that Steak 'n Shake.

My chili was absolutely disgusting. It was about half full and had like 3 beans. My plastic spoon had crusty ketchup on it.

Drive thru was backed up so I went in and ordered 1 burger, 1 soda, 1 fry. Ordered at the counter for take out. Kitchen was DIRTY and I waited 20 minutes for my food. Gets were cold and container filled 1/2 way. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Wasn't even lunch time!!
