Steak 'n Shake

It was good.

Stake burger was fabulous as always. Banana shake was horrible! No bananas, frozen middle (as in FROZEN) and still white spots through out the entire shake. I won't order it again. Asked for a spoon and was given a dirty spoon. Parked and took it into manager to her a clean spoon. Also I hate it when the person taking money touches the spoon part (not handle) with their hands. How about pre wrapped at the drive through? Would you lick or suck on money? Beyond gross!

I have visited this steak and shake twice in the last week. Both times the drive through ordering has been very difficult and the wait was so long we won't come back.

Girl at drive through window was not very nice and seemed to just want me to go away as quickly as possible

A sit down meal feeling with the convenience of fast service and low prices. The burgers are always delicious!

Only place that was open during snow storm

Food was good. Took an extremely long time to get the shakes.

Very good food for a low price. Service is quick and the restaurant is a pleasant place to eat in.
