To start with the coupon I had created a huge confusion with the staff I don't know why but it did and it was irritating that the employees were not very knowledgeable with the coupons not could they reach a decision to try and accommodate me! Very annoying!! Also.....Someone wasn't paying attention to my order because as I was driving off I noticed they forgot my animal fries. I ha to park my car and go inside and the whole reason I go through the drive thru is because I don't want to have to go iniside! So I get inside its super busy and I had to wait for about 10 plus minutes or more for my animal fries to get done. When I got home all my food was cold and soggy and even though it was free I'm going to call and complain as this could have been avoided.
