Burgerville

No one was inside - only one car in lot. About 5 cars in front at that time. Took 12 minutes to get up to order. Ordered classic hamburger w/o sauce and was still very high on Weight Watcher plus points. The meat was dry and rubbery - tasteless despite being local meat which is usually excellent. I ended up taking off the top bun to cut down calories and only ate 1/2 small fries. I love Bville but wish they would make the food healthy - more fiber, less fat.

This location is terrible trying to get in and out of. The food is worth it, but wish it was more convenient

Order was completely wrong!!! The burger was ice cold, the fries were cold - after I specifically asked them to make them fresh -, and everything tasted disgusting. I was SO angry, I didn't call or drive back. I was also 3/4ths of the way home when I decided I couldn't wait any longer and needed to eat. Such a horrible, horrible, horrible experience. I don't ever want to go back to that location on Boones Ferry again. In the last 5 years, I've ordered from there maybe 6-7 times and each time, it's so terrible. They always provide sub-par, should-be-reporting-to-the-CEO, ridiculous service and food!!!

This visit was by far the worst experience I've ever had with Burgerville. We went through the drive through which was fast enough, and received the basic friendly but not overly impressive service, and we got our food in a reasonable amount of time. However, things were awful once we got home to eat our food. First of all the fries we ordered were so salty that it seemed like someone accidentally poured an entire can of salt over just our individual order, then we took both of our burgers out of the bag to find them completely smashed like somebody had either sat on them or hit them with a mallet. The burgers were also cold, and the turkey burger my fiancé was eating was raw- he noticed his burger was undercooked after his first bite, it was disgusting! The employees weren't very helpful when we called to complain either. They didn't seem surprised or sympathetic, but rather annoyed that we had even called at all. We were offered free food which we declined because the idea of eating there again was extremely unappetizing. This was my favorite fast food restaurant but sadly it's going to be a LONG time before I eat here again because of this last experience.
