When a person asks for extra ketchup more then 2 packets should be given. Or at the very least the customer should be asked how many they would like. I had 2 packets of ketchup for a order of onion rings. Ummm... I used them on 3 onion rings.

Chili cheese fries not much was in the container and too soggy

I ordered a number one and an additional large side of curly fries. When I got home I only had the meal and not the extra curly fries. Very upsetting:(
