Steak 'n Shake

I've never had much luck with the Steak 'n Shake on muegge road. Poor service, and the food lacks flavor and presentation, when my order is even correct. I will not be visiting this store again.

Not so great food or service

Well, I wound up getting someone else's order. So that sucked.

Food wasn't very hot. Chili dog barely had chili. Felt very rushed from the server. Said she was trying to go on a break. This location was far from home. Glad I won't be going back to that one.

Drive thru speaker was not working sat and waited forever for food manager was very rude ended up getting money back after the third try at the same order never again and we eat out 7 nights a week every week !!! They are always understaffed and I can spend more money for what I really want and that would be respect and great service.

Horrible

I have never been to a Steak N Shake and received such bad service. We received our drinks after our meal. The last thing we received was utensils to eat with. After 45 minutes I just went and got my own. I had my granddaughters with me. We were all very disappointed. When I payed the bill I had a gift card. Our server was the cashier too ???? she didn't return my gift card I payed with. It STILL had $4.00 on it.
