Steak 'n Shake

The food was good. But we had a longer than normal wait before we had gotten our food.

Burgers were great! However the shakes were not very good and neither were the fries. The banana in the shake was hard as if it were not ripe yet and the Cajun fries didn't have enough seasoning on them. The waitress was very nice but we waited 30 minutes to be seated and it took 30 more minutes to get drinks.

Did not eat, waited in line, never asked if we could be seated, totally crowded

I've been to this location many times. The service is always great as well as the food

Staff seemed to rush us

don't have employees standing around. if you have time to lean you have time to clean

Great food but the service was not. The waitress was not knowledgeable about food choices. She mixed up several orders at our table. She also blamed it on the kitchen and register. She was rude when we sent back two orders that were not right. Good food but wasn't worth the wait.
