Steak 'n Shake

Incredibly slow and used most of our lunch break waiting in line at the drive thru. Overpriced too

Love Steak 'n Shake but took 30min to get our drinks and almost 1.5 hrs to get our food.

Service always sucks... Only go if u have an hour to wait for food

Food waste hot, very greasy, not much cheese on cheese fries, milkshake not even full, was already somewhat melted..

This trip was so disappointing. Upon arrival the computers were resetting so we had to wait six minutes before ordering. Then after ordering we waited another eight minutes for our food.

no dressing for salad. forgot milkshakes. ... not happy

My family visited this location because it was close to the Barnes & Noble we had just shopped at. When we arrived, no one was there to greet us. We then waited by the sign that says 'please wait to be seated'. After a minute or so we sat down at the waiting booth. Another group came in and waited by the sign for another couple minutes. A server finally came and seated that group. She turned away and I got her attention. She seated us. As we sat it became clear that others around us had been waiting for a while to even speak to a server for drinks. We waited about 5 minutes, never having been spoken to. It was then we left and went to another establishment. Unfortunate.

th manager was extrmely rude our order was messed up snd it took a half hour to pay

Didn't really like the food and the service was horrible.
