Steak 'n Shake

Downloaded rewards app, but deleted it when I discovered it was only useful if you entered in your credit card

always have great service at this steak'n shake so i always come here when im in the,area.the steak'n shake closer to me had bad,service,combared,to this one

Wish there was one closest to my house

It was really nice only because our server was really nice. We waited way too long to be seated and served, but our server was polite and nice about it and we could tell she did her best.

Good was good. Not the best waitress but my son was happy and it was his special day and his choice so that is all that mattered to me.

I wanted a specific milkshake and was not disappointed in the taste. However, it took a while to be seated and there were several workers ignoring us. Once we were done eating, we waited for a while to receive our checks before going up to the counter ourselves to get them.

Took a while to get our order but good food

The one in Athens GA is really slow due to the lack of great help. It's too bad too.

Ordered chili Mac and for the second time they were out of something to make it. Then ordered sandwich and fries took awhile to get ours and then our fries were cold. People who came in after us recieved their orders much quicker.
