Steak 'n Shake

Rather go inside instead of drive thru.

My boyfriend and I were in Athens during the Georgia-Auburn game and decided to get some milkshakes to kill time.

Ketchup bottles were empty at our table and nearby tables. Had to wait too long for refills. Food was yummy and served at just the right temp. Waiter was nice. Hostess was not friendly. Bathroom soap dispenser in need of repair but facility and restaurant was clean.

Great fries

the worst experience at this particular steak n Shake so far. I went through the drive thru and they made me pull over and wait I'm the parking lot only for the wrong food to get to me. I had to go back in and they hadn't even made my order apparently so I waited as they cooked it

We literally had to order at the counter because our waitress never came to our table. But after that the staff was as nice as possible to gain back some sort of tip.

Great grilled chicken taco salad

the food was very greasy was charged more for something I didn't was not enough fries in my bag didn't have all condiments requested on burger third time going there and every time something was something wrong with our food or we would get a refund for our order WILL NOT go back to eat here there is poor food quality tried to give them a chance but don't ever think that it will get right and there score was 83 B really big on scores in restaurants.very disappointed in this restaurant.

Took over 20 minutes in the drive-thru! Lady was rude at the window!

We waited over 10 minutes for 2 milkshakes. They were nowhere near worth the price.
